This stepper is an excellent little machine. It was a breeze to assemble - I did not even go through the directions. The battery to the monitor was included, i really was ready to go straight out of the box. Included are the stepper, the monitor, 2 "light" resistance bands, 2 "medium" resistance bands (light and medium are pretty subjective terms), attachable handles, and attachable. . . um. . . foot thingies. Additionally, I used to be elated to locate they come in a good work out DVD. I must have missed that on the product description. So, some not so great: it squeaks. We've gone over the space and breadth from it using a can of 3-in-1 oil, and it still squawks intermittently. It's diminished over a couple of workouts, and so i hope it'll stop eventually. For the time being, I keep lube-ing it up before exercising. The resistance bands, while adjustable, are nevertheless a touch too yearn for my 5'3". I also think they are just a little weak, but that could be because I can not get enough resistance in line with the length. Concerning the monitor: I do think that one has to know items like pulse rate, age, and resting pulse of all time possible to accurately calculate one's expended calories. So while the monitor is nifty as well as a nice guide, I would not trust it. Once i tried the DVD, I was dismayed that it is only a 10 minute workout. I became just getting yourself into it and it was time for the cool off. However, I found the instructor only merely annoying and extremely supportive. In case you are just starting out on a fitness routine (and weigh underneath the max. recommended weight of 220 LBS. ) this can be perfect for you; otherwise, I would watch it once for some basic ideas (like plie, squats and stretches), then go with it while using tunes cranked. I haven't yet tried the resistance bands workout which follows the 10 min. cardio, however i like the bands and use them for crunches, etc. They combine than strength training: they add stability. Keeping the cords taut will help some people with balance issues feel more reassured. I've not had any difficulty with the stepper sliding around, yet it's not a bad idea to set it on a yoga mat, just in case. In retrospect, it could sound like I would not really like the equipment. I actually do! This little guy slides within the couch or bed, and also the bands are typically detachable for other styles of exercise. I purchase a fantastic workout as you're watching a film or news. I live in a smaller put on a tiny island, where winters are long and bitterly cold. This stepper is a small and inexpensive replacement for a huge elliptical exercise machine, and that i wish I had created bought it sooner. . . especially as it sort of validates all of the TV-on-DVD I watch lately. My brain could possibly be rotting, but my bottom is usually fabulous! UPDATE: The squeaking has subsided, i keep using this machine regularly. I acquired a heart monitor, and was surprised to find out that the calorimeter about the machine was pretty close to the one on my wrist, that's calibrated to my weight, age, etc. Another thing Used to notice is always that I HAVE to add upper arm stuff (weights or perhaps the bands) to acquire my heartrate up right into a cardio zone. Remember that you cannot adjust the problem about the machine, and it gets easy after while. It's a wise decision then to maintain going in addition to something with you to essentially get a heart pumping. The bands are wonderful given that I've tied some knots within them. I still love this thing. It turned out a fantastic purchase. Help other customers discover the most helpful reviews

Up to now, in the month and a half We have owned this stepper the metal chain has snapped twice. The previous stepper I owned lasted a couple of years. For those who have any goal of using a stepper frequently, wait to purchase this place.

My husband reviewed this stepper a couple weeks ago after we'd had difficulties with the chain breaking too many times. After getting a third replacement chain, i was able to utilize the stepper two whole times before a piece of the welded metal underneath the pedal that holds the chain snapped off completely, rendering the equipment totally useless. As this piece isn't a replaceable "part," the business won't do just about anything for all of us. This product would be a complete waste of greenbacks, let alone time spent trying to get it to carry together good enough to utilize it!

I have had this stepper for a couple of weeks now i happen to be satisfied with the standard. It is incredibly sturdy and well built
buy atenolol online. It does have a tendency to squeak when I begin using it but will quiet down once it's warmed up. I get the workouts challenging but fun because I personally use it while watching television. I recommend this for anybody wanting a good workout without the fuss.
